Each lesson consists of 20-minute practice sessions, conducted 4 days a week.

♪ Building rhythm, pitch, confidence, and note clarity

We use an Indian classical–inspired approach to form clear notes, steady rhythm, and inner harmony.

🎶 Lesson Purpose

Simple Notes are the foundation of music. They help learners develop a clear sense of melody and rhythm.

These sequences follow a logical progression. Over the next nine lessons, you will be introduced to the concept of Note Position.

The training audios are recorded in a state of aligned harmony of reason, heart, habit, and awakened soul. Because of this, the voice carries more than sound—it carries calmness, steadiness, and presence.

If your present inner state feels noisy or restless, you may experience some difficulty at first. This is normal. With consistent practice, along with the training audios, your inner state gradually becomes more balanced and naturally aligned with the state of harmony present in the training audio.
